Thanks for purchasing our products at DJ Creations Studio operated by David and Jessie Martin.
In order to be eligible for a refund the product can not be a sale item or customized, such monogramed, personalized, or customer requested changes beyond our regular product.
For regular items the following conditions apply;
- You have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase.
- The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.
- Must be returned in the original packaging.
- Notify us that you want to return the item for you start the physical process of returning the item.
After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] to make arrangements.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
